  1. Program Description: This is a brief description of the kinds of messages users can expect to receive when they opt-in.
  2. Frequency: You may receive text messages in response to some of your incoming messages, such as to request property information, and transaction documents, to confirm meeting appointments, or in order to communicate with our Tenants or Landlords concerning their lease accounts. The frequency also varies with the nature of your specific query or situation.
  3. Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send the SMS message UNSUBSCRIBE to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  4. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@MilleniaRealty.net or (850) 222-3500.
  5. Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  6. Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  7. Privacy: Your data is not generally shared with any third-party vendors, with the exception of property maintenance or inspection requests, in which case vendors may receive your contact information in order to schedule appointments to service your property. For real estate sales, your contact information may also be shared with other parties working on your real estate closing, such as the title company. Millenia does not sell any customer data or records to outside parties.
